Menu Plan Monday - Jan 25

greenmpm

Well we have made it home from Disneyland and gotten back on track with eating at home right away - which was good as the scale said I gained 5 lbs while there!

This weeks menu will mainly come from things in the freezer as I don't have ANY room left and my mom want to do some freezer cooking. I had to say no since I don't have the space to put anything right now!

I will probably be planning my snacks out more than in the past as we have someone watching the girls the two days a week they were going to day care, here at the house.

Sunday
B - Cold Cereal (small bowls)
L - Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy (so proud I made this all myself!), Applesauce, Carrots and Broccoli -- our church starts at 1pm so we had a very small breakfast around 9:30 and then lunch at 12.
D - At his mom's (leftovers - dumplings, brisket, potatoes)

Monday
B - Steel Cut Oats
L - Salad with chicken
D - Chicken Cordon Blu (a freezer meal) with salad, broccoli, and rice

Wow! I'm impressed, you are super organized....it took me forever just to start planning out my dinners for the week :)
You menu looks great!

I think my favorite meal to bring someone is a toss up between Lasagna and Chicken Teriyaki with rice and vegs.
