Goals for the week

So my health goals for this week:
Drink more water.
Have 3 healthy meals
Have 2 (or 3) healthy snacks – I generally have another snack in the evening when I am at work (or two snacks between lunch and dinner if it ends up being a 9pm dinner).
Have 1 (or 2) very small sweet thing (jello, pudding, 1 hershey kiss, etc.)  -- I might not even need this come the end of the week -- since I have been off sugar I am not craving it!

So this week according to the above should be as easy as 1, 2, 3!!!
