I have something new out today (the new releases at ScrapMatters are on Fridays) ... you will need to head over to Krisi's Kreations blog to see what it is!

Mom's Monday Memories
A little update about the dentist today... He felt like with the pain that I am in and the fact that the pain really has not gone away with the antibiotic that I needed an additional antibiotic as well as general anesthesia. So my appointment is now on Wednesday morning - please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.
Now onto the real purpose of this post. It has been awhile since I posted some pictures, the last ones were of Disneyland. So... here you go ... almost a months worth! Remember this is just the highlights!
Note - when I started this at 9:30 (and it is now almost 11) I had planned on getting all the way caught up tonight... probably not the case. Here is October. I had forgotten that I never did Apple Hill which is a big chunk of these photos.
Modified a little - Thought we had planned to get there early enough to have "nice" morning sun but it was harsh. Oh well.
Maybe I am better at the still stuff!
Rachel had so much fun jumping and dancing to the music they had playing.
Our favorite stop for Apple Donuts - Rainbow Orchard.
A token picture of me!
Adam and the girls had fun throwing in food... to what? See below!
Those fish in there. There were tons. You could catch them - for a license fee, then per pound, then pay for them to gut them, pack them and ice them = VERY expensive fish!
Adam just loved seeing the fish.
Debra with Tom
A family photo that was blurry but I photoshopped it to where I kinda like it - what do you think. I may actually work on this more and put above the fireplace.
The girls (Rachel, Rebecca and Serenity)
Rebecca ... how is she getting so big?
Watching the horses.
Butterscotch? (Adam will correct me) and Rebecca
Pumpkin and Rachel (again Adam will correct me)
??? (the horse) and Serenity
Rebecca loves posing!
Family picture on the hay ride
Rebecca on the hay ride. The photo was pretty good to being with but wanted to play around with it.
Adam and Rachel
Rachel got her face painted after sister did (see hers below)
They love to play in the kids area at Abel's Apple Acre
The picture we get of Becca each year in apple hill. Her on the pumpkins at Able's. Rachel is another story!
Rachel loves to help with the laundry.
Before we went to Picture People for her birthday pictures.
Blowing out her candle. I did not include birthday party photos as it was girls in her class and don't know if their parents would want them posted online or not.
Enjoying the cupcake she decorated.
Rachel really enjoyed the frosting on hers.
Dressed up as a pink fairy for Hometown Halloween and Trunk or Treat at our ward.
Rachel (same events)
A little treat for all the kids in Rebecca's class.
A little visit to Mimi's house after school on Rebecca's birthday.
At McDonalds (dinner of Rebecca's choice)
Rachel's bee costume transformed! This was a little warmer and she tolerated it better.
At the pumpkin walk at school. (not our pumpkins)
Rebecca liked this one and wanted her picture with it!
Rebecca wore this giraffe costume we have had (wonder why) to school. It was a good thing she did as she was fully dressed under the very warm costume and was still complaining of being cold!
Rachel was also a giraffe at Nana's Trunk or Treat (we had a little herd).
Serenity was a princess.
Halloween night Rebecca became the Pink Fairy again.
Our pumpkins (Adam says the one on the left was Rebecca's but I have a feeling he carved it too!)
Good night... 35 more minutes later! (This is why I put posting this off each week!) I am glad it is done now, at least I can go back and review my notes when I do their scrapbooks.
Eventually more will get uploaded to smugmug.com but probably not before the holidays!

Menu Plan Monday... and a new blog
It is Sunday night again. I am not sure how I have enough energy to type this, but wanted to get this posted. Thursday afternoon my tooth (the one that I was suppose to have extracted last year) started hurting. Well by Friday I was in so much pain I had to leave work early (at 7), I stopped by Target and picked up an antibiotic and pain medication. Since then I have not left the house and tonight is the first time I got on the computer. I did check my mail and post on Facebook through the phone while laying down or sitting in the recliner but that is about the extent of my weekend. I have been taking pain meds every 4 hours and the pain has yet to go away. Hopefully I can get in to see the oral surgeon soon. So the menu for this week... well if the weekend menu is any reflection we will be having soup every day! That is right I had chicken noodle soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner yesterday and today! The kids and Adam followed suit -- we hardly ever eat canned soup but this weekend we have just about cleared out any emergency supply we had of soup.
Before I get to the menu I wanted to let those of you who follow my CT work and now recently my own designs available at ScrapMatters that I have a new blog just for Krisi's Kreations - be sure to bookmark it, add it to your reader etc. so that you can keep up to date with my designs.
Now the menu:
Sunday - Chicken Noodle Soup
Monday - Chicka-cotti and salad (I will probably have Chicken Noodle Soup)
Tuesday - WonTon Soup (I love the broth of this and I figure I can eat this no matter what) Last time I made this I left out the mushrooms - will do that again!
Wednesday - Red Beans & Rice (did not have it last week - forgot to get it started the night before)
Thursday - Jambalaya - I use the Zataran's box with an extra 3/4 cup of rice (and 1 1/2 cups water) to make it not so spicy. I will use the rest of the sausage (from beans & rice) and then also some chicken.
Friday - Ribeye steak and baked potato with salad
Saturday - Hamburgers with baked fries
Now that it is all typed out it looks awfully adventurous seeing as I haven't done much all weekend. But it is planned. The back up... Chicken Noodle Soup. I may even have some in the freezer that I made homemade - will have to find it and defrost it.
See you next week (probably minus a tooth!)
