the culprit...
the tooth had been loose for sometime and she asked for string earlier this week. I replied with if it had not come out by the last week of school then we would give her some string - she wanted to have two teeth on the lost tooth chart at school.
So she looses this tooth and the "tooth fairy" discussion comes up. I said something like
"After you loose all your baby teeth the tooth fairy will leave them all for mommy or daddy"
"Ohhhh nooo, the tooth fairy just lives in a really BIG house"
so cute! The tooth fairy brought her $5 for her first tooth, $1 for this one.
