My back is feeling better, not normal - but better, thank you for the prayers and well wishes. I will be going to work this week on modified status - no lifting, pushing, pulling, getting on step stools, etc. So the menu on those days is a little light so that I can be sure to rest in the morning.
Sunday - Brisket, Potatoes, Stuffing and Green Beans (at in-laws)
Monday - Meatloaf (from Freezer Assets), Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Peas
Tuesday - Grilled Cheese and Soup (Tomato or Chicken Noodle)
Wednesday - Chicken that makes it's own gravy with brown rice and a salad
Thursday - Fish sticks and tater tots with a salad
Friday - I will be going to Time Out for Women and Adam and the girls are on their own.
Saturday - Again I will be at Time Out for Women. Will suggest that they have chicken and rice for dinner.
We made some Carmel Popcorn this week... WOW it was so good. I will try to get it typed up for Works for Me Wednesday!

Tomorrow in the morning is a Speed Scrap at ScrapMatters. I won't be there right when it starts but I will hopefully get something completed! The participation prize is currently a mystery so head over to ScrapMatters to find out what it is in the morning.
And for those interested in digital scrapbooking here are the two layouts I got done this week and one hybrid project, along with the products I used to make them. I am still behind in posting my layouts, but think I am still meeting my goal of 365 for the year.
