I just have to say that I had a fabulous time at Time Out for Women this weekend. Such great spiritual messages that apply to everything we do in our lives. I am trying to implement a few of the things already.
But for now... let's plan our menu for the week.
Monday - leftover chicken and ribs
Tuesday - Chicka-cotti with alfredo sauce and salad
Wednesday - Tacos (taking this to a member in our ward as well)
Thursday - Porcupine Meatballs
Friday - Sausage and Peppers with egg noodles
Saturday - Relief Society dinner and Broadcast - will probably have Adam and the girls eat pizza (their favorite)
We are just having cereal this week for breakfast, if you missed this blog post you will see why (although we have other cereal in our food storage as well).
Quick and easy this week. I am still on modified and don't want to be spending lots of time in the kitchen in the morning before I go to work. Wednesday morning I get to start Physical Therapy.

Chickacotti sounds fab! I make my own homemade manicotti noodles but always do the cheese filling and marinara. Alfredo sounds like an awesome change of pace.
