Menu Plan Monday... and a new release (228-229/365)

Friday night at work I hurt my back, not exactly sure what happened but I do know... I want it to stop hurting!  I have been taking the medication the ER doctor gave me as often as I can have it, and it does a great job of controlling the pain until it gets close to when I need it again, but the time that it doesn't hurt is getting longer and longer.  Sitting at the computer hurts it the most so, very little time has been spent here, but we must eat so got the menu planned and getting it on the blog. Adam has become a little techie and now looks here for the menu!!!

So for this week:

Monday: Hamburgers, Fries, Corn on the Cob (did not have Saturday since I was in too much pain and spent the morning in the ER and then slept and then got my prescriptions filled and then slept some more)

Tuesday: Chicken and Rice

Wednesday: Mexi-Mac Skillet Recipe (new recipe for us)

Thursday: Minestrone Casserole and Fresh Baked Bread (one day the recipe will appear here!)

Friday lunch: Food Storage Luncheon

Friday dinner: Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Saturday: At mom's for a BBQ with some family. Going to make Baked Beans (usually make up in the crockpot)

See what others are having at OrgJunkie.com

And since I didn't get to this on Sunday I am going to quickly show off a fabulous Fall Digital Scrapbooking Kit from Chelle's Creations.

And here is what I created with it:

Apple-Hill---pg1---2007

Apple-Hill---pg2---2007

I also used Denise Beatty Originals new Templates - All Squared Away:

Have a great week. Mom's Monday Memories will probably not be happening tomorrow as I probably won't be able to sit and get that done.

Krisi, I think it's great you plan your menu's so consistently. I am working on that!! It helps so much to plan in advance. By the way that soup that's in my freezer from Enrichment has been tempting me lately!!

Also, I just re-did the header on my blog and your house just happens to be in the background. Dave took a pic of me the other night on our walk and that's the one I used. Funny.

Hope your back feels better soon!

Hey there, so sorry about your back. Is there anything I can do? I could take the girls for you if you need me to. Please let me know.

that casserole looks like a fun change on the soup!
