Sunday - Stuffed Bellpeppers (at Nana, Tom's and Paws)
Monday - Jambalaya (Zatarans with extra rice - chicken and sausage)
Tuesday - Tacos
Wednesday - Taco Pie (using the left overs from tacos)
Thursday - Beans and Rice with Cornbread (we are continuing to try to have one mostly* meatless meal each week)
Friday - Out to dinner
Saturday - unknown right now
*by mostly I mean meat is not the main ingredient. I do put some mean in my beans but it is left over ham that would have gone to waste and is not in each bite!
