What a week this has been. Rebecca started school (see this post), and I did pretty good keeping the menu, except I keep forgetting to make Chicken that makes it's own gravy! I didn't even put it on the menu this week - we will try again next week.
Sunday - Beans and rice
Monday - Chicken Enchiladas (from the freezer)
Tuesday - Chili (frozen) over Baked Potatoes
Wednesday - Homemade Chicken Noodle (from the freezer) and salad
Thursday - Out to dinner - Back to School night
Friday - Manicotti (from the freezer) with salad
Saturday - Sweedish meatballs (from the freezer-from Ikea) and mashed potatoes
Hmmm... you see a pattern here? We need to work on clearing out the freezers! We are having a freezer night at the end of the month for Relief Society and I need to have a little room in the freezer for stuff so.... we will be eating out of the freezer for the next few weeks.
