Chicken Cordon Bleu

We made up 20 chicken breasts so all we would have to do is pull out and bake.

For each breast you want to make you will need:

1 Chicken Breast

1 Slice of Provolone Cheese

2 slices (or less if the slices are large) deli ham

For every six breasts you will need (to roll the outside with)

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

2/3 cup Italian Breadcrumbs

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Pound chicken breasts until 1/2in thick.

Layer chicken, then ham and then cheese. Roll up and secure with tooth pick. Dip in melted butter (we didn't do this step) and then roll in breadcrumb/cheese mixture). We froze them at this point.

To Bake (if frozen) cook at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes (will probably take more like 75). If not frozen, or defrosted cook at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes. As with all food - ensure food is thoroughly cooked before eating. :)
