I create a menu plan each Sunday for the week but rarely does it get posted onto the blog. But I am off work tonight and feel inspired to post it.
I don’t usually plan on Breakfast & Lunch but since the girls are on break and we need the structure I went ahead and planned.
Sunday – moms and then Cheese quesadillas while playing games
MONDAY
Breakfast – bagel with cream cheese and cantaloupe/mango/apples
Lunch – lunchable with carrots & apples
Dinner - Tortalini
TUESDAY
Breakfast – greek yogurt parfait
Lunch - rice cakes with pb (on the road) with apple slices
Dinner - chicken & steak and zucchini, onion - benihana sauce {you can go there and just buy the sauce}
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast - oatmeal
Lunch - corn dog with broccoli
Dinner - Shrimp and chicken & veggies
THURSDAY
Breakfast - waffles/pancakes I might change up the recipe and use some other grains – like Quinoa and Spelt {both from Shelf Reliance} (making a BUNCH for the freezer)
Lunch - soup (homemade) – probably chicken taco
Dinner - biscuits and gravy (going to try to make a new recipe using all THRIVE ingredients)
FRIDAY
Breakfast – oatmeal or quinoa porridge (for me)
Lunch - sweet & sour meatballs
Dinner – Freezer/Leftovers
SATURDAY
Breakfast - granola bars
Lunch – sandwiches
Dinner – Out?
I will have my protein shake – made with JayRobb Protein powder for breakfast each morning, then lunch will either be what is on the menu or chili from the freezer or chicken basil meatballs {also in the freezer – that I got from Costco}
