Wow, ever since I have started designing stuff at ScrapMatters I have been a big slacker with my posting of Monday memories. November is nearly over... here is a quick recap of the month.
November 1st (the morning after Halloween). No cute picture of their candy and then the replacement - but the girls did choose a movie over the candy and they got the new Tinkerbell movie.
These next photos are taken at Haley's birthday party.
Notice how blurry the background is... that is my new lens (well not so new now but my newest!). Love the effect it gives for pictures.
Rebecca had Vetran's Day off from school and I had the day off from work (just happened that way) so Adam played hookie - he told them. We went to Mickey Grove Zoo and then played at the park there. Then we headed over to John's Incredible Pizza in Stockton (a place we discovered when we lived in Stockton - before having kids - it was much more fun with them!)
Rebecca had a princess birthday party this month - Ellinor turned 5! Rebecca & Rachel go over to their house when I work on a Monday or Friday - so going over on a different day was so much fun for Rebecca.
And a picture of my princess after she had her makeup done - with her decorated crown.
The Tuesday before Thanksgiving I went to Rebecca's class for a Thanksgiving Feast. A turkey and pilgrim came to visit as well.
On Thanksgiving we went to my mom's for dinner. Before everyone else arrived the girls were out feeding my mom's chickens some bread. She has a the early stages of a farm (13 chickens and 2 ducks or something like that!!!). The girls have so much fun out there.
Here is Rebecca getting the chicken to eat out of her hand.
No pictures from Thanksgiving dinner though (oops!) That night I plan my shopping adventures for Friday morning. I purchased some things from Kohl's online and then headed in the morning to pick up just a couple things I couldn't get online and then went to Staples, Wal-Mart and Walgreens. I am pretty much done my shopping - just need to grab a few gift certificates.
Hope you had a fabulous Turkey Day and a great start to December.
